LIFETIME WARRANTY

HeavyLux guarantees all of its’ sales and installations of glass shower enclosures.  HeavyLux will provide all labor and materials necessary to fix faulty glass and/or sealants for the lifetime of your Heavylux Shower/Tub Enclosure.  Heavylux hardware carries a (3) warranty.  The Heavylux warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This lifetime warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the shower enclosure. This lifetime warranty may not be assigned or transferred and terminated upon the sale of the home. Proof of ownership will be required.
   
   
2. The following warranty applies only to heavy glass frameless enclosures; aluminum and/or any other framed shower doors do not apply. Handrails do not apply.  Mirrors and all glass hardware carry a (3) year warranty.
   
   
3. HeavyLux is not liable for glass breakage/damage, failure due to misuse or acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake. HeavyLux will provide service for caulking, leaking, squeaking and/or sagging.

This guarantee applies only to those shower enclosures/mirrors purchased on or after January 1, 2004.
